Role: Upgrade the look of Avon’s #1 selling fragrance brand and launch hero 'Glamour' flanker. Custom bottle and packaging design in collaboration with category lead.
Challenge: Modernize and elevate brand packaging and bottle shape within tight cost of goods while reinforcing brand identity. Break the $100m barrier and deliver brand consistent growth.
Solution: Slimmer bottle shape with modernized curves and better size impression. Upgraded to longer, gold capped tassel and modified existing cap tool for tone and textural play while saving on costs. Modernized carton design with sleeker curves, gradient and evolution of tassel icon on front.
Result: South Africa region doubled units taken and worldwide sales achieved $100m Y1.
